Validation & Tracking Links
There are 3 link types you can send to customers:
- Address Validation page
- Realtime Driver Tracking page
- Tracking page
You can send links automatically via SMS or Whatsapp (requires an active package) or send them manually.
To send manually: open the delivery, click Links, open the desired link, copy the URL, and share it with the customer.
Validation Page
On this page, the customer can view and edit the address and contact details, according to the edit statuses you allow. The address can be shown in two layouts: Form or Map.
Settings => Customer Settings
Configure the default layout (Form or Map), which statuses allow customers to edit and approve delivery details, whether to enable a Decline button, and an optional header message.
Verification statuses
When the customer responds via the validation link, the following icons appear in the Deliveries page (and can be filtered):
✅ Delivery approved
❌ Delivery declined (if Decline is enabled)
🌐 Delivery approved and address updated
🕒 Rescheduled - initially declined by the customer, then a new delivery date was set
Realtime Driver Tracking Page
Shows the driver’s live location as a green dot on the map, along with delivery and driver details.
Settings => Customer Settings
Choose whether to show ETA, organization details, and available languages.
Tracking Page
- Personal Tracking page - a unique link showing the delivery details and a progress timeline.
- General Tracking page - a single static link for everyone. The customer enters the unique tracking code of the delivery (visible in each delivery page). After locating the delivery, the customer is redirected to the Personal Lookup page.
You can find your General Tracking link under Settings => General, field: Tracking Link.
Settings => Customer Settings
Choose which tabs to show the customer on the delivery page: Driver Details / Activity Log / Order Items / Reviews (see the Reviews guide).
Proof of Delivery (POD) Report
A per-delivery PDF that includes delivery details, proof of delivery, and the list of order items.
