Barcode Scanning and Package Tracking

In this guide, we will learn how to use the scanning feature through the Driver App or via a wireless scanner

First, print the labels by clicking on the delivery number -> Print -> Label

Using the Driver App Scanner

  - Open the driver app and tap the scanner icon in the top right corner
  - Choose one of the options: Pickup, Delivery, Locate, or Warehouse Checkout 
  - After scanning the label, the system will automatically update based on your selection

Finding Misplaced Parcels

If you find a package unexpectedly (e.g., under a car seat or in the warehouse) and don't know who it belongs to, don't worry! Simply choose the Locate option in the app, and the package details will be displayed.

Tracking Parcel Scans

To monitor your parcels scans (when scanned, by whom, and the parcel status):
  - Click on the delivery number
  - Click on "Scans"

Note: If the camera does not recognize the barcode, you can manually enter the barcode number.

Using Wireless Scanners 

We also support wireless scanners. To use:
  - Connect to the scanner via Bluetooth
  - Go to settings in the driver app
  - Check the box to use an external scanner
